The suspicion began at the supermarket. The decision to not rely on buying ingredients to cook for the family was made due to the diversity in the standards of vegetables available. From nutritious vegetables, pesticide-free vegetables, hydroponic vegetables, chemical-free vegetables, pesticide-free vegetables, water-grown vegetables(hydroponic), vegetables grown on racks, to organic vegetables. It became necessary to study the differences in each standard because apart from the different names, the prices also varied significantly. Even some vendors still referred to hydroponic vegetables as organic. "So, what should we choose? How can we trust?" These questions arose in the mind and answers were yet to be found. "When you can't trust anyone, just do it yourself." It started with studying organic farming and getting serious about practicing organic farming to provide the family with the best and safest food.
And from that day, Pure Organic Farm was born. Starting was not easy. Pure Organic Farm faced many obstacles, from realizing that doing agriculture without using chemicals was not enough. They needed to create preventive measures against chemical contamination. They had to find a source of pure water and ensure that transportation vehicles met the standards to prevent contamination during transportation. All of this required a high level of investment. They had to deal with plant pests and also cope with various natural disasters. Pure Organic Farm almost came to a point of collapse several times. "The happiness of people enjoying our food, saying that it is delicious and heartwarming, is the best motivation that has brought PURE to where it is today."
In today's Pure Organic Farm, continue to be determined and committed to developing products for the well-being of everyone, both internally and externally. จากการตัดสินใจไม่ได้ในการเลือกซื้อวัตถุดิบมาทำอาหารให้ครอบครัว เพราะความหลากหลายในมาตรฐานของผัก ผักอนามัย , ผักปลอดภัย , ผักไฮโดรโปนิกส์ , ผักไร้สาร , ผักปลอดสาร , ผักปลูกด้วยน้ำ ผักปลูกบนแคร่ , ผักปลูกบนดิน จนถึงผักออร์แกนิคหรือผักอินทรีย์ทำให้ต้องมาศึกษาอย่างจริงจังถึงความแตกต่างของแต่ละมาตรฐาน เพราะนอกเหนือจากชื่อที่แตกต่างกันแล้ว ราคาก็แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญอีกทั้งพ่อค้า แม่ค้า ก็ยังไม่สามารถแยกความแตกต่างได้ บางเจ้ายังเรียกผักไฮโดรโปนิกส์ ว่าออร์แกนิค อยู่เลย "แล้วเราจะเลือกอะไรดี ? จะไว้ใจได้อย่างไร?" คำถามที่ผุดขึ้นมาในใจเกิดขึ้นและยังหาคำตอบไม่ได้ "ในเมื่อไว้ใจใครไม่ได้ ก็ทำเองซะเลย" เริ่มต้นจากการศึกษาการเกษตรอินทรีย์ และลงมือทำเกษตรอินทรีย์อย่างจริงจังเพื่อให้ครอบครัวได้ทานอาหารที่ดีและปลอดภัยที่สุด
- จากวันนั้น เพียว ออร์แกนิค ฟาร์ม จึงถือกำเนิดขึ้น
เริ่มต้นไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย เพียว ออร์แกนิค ฟาร์ม ต้องพบเจออุปสรรคมากมายจากแค่คิดว่าจะทำเกษตรโดยไม่ใช่สารเคมีพอได้มาศึกษามาตรฐานสากลจริงๆแล้วมันมีมากกว่านั้นมาก ต้องมีการสร้างแนวป้องกันสารเคมีข้างเคียง มีการสร้างโรงตัดแต่งต้องหาแหล่งน้ำที่มีความบริสุทธ์ จนถึงรถขนส่งสินค้าต้องได้มาตรฐานที่สามารถป้องกันการปนเปื้อนขณะขนส่งได้ ซึ่งทุกอย่างต้องมีการลงทุนที่สูงมาก ไหนจะต้องรับมือกับแมลงศัตรูพืช ไหนจะต้องรับมือกับสภาพแวดล้อมภัยธรรมชาติต่างๆ ทำให้เกือบท้อแท้ล้มเลิกหลายครั้ง "ความสุขที่มีคนทานของเรา บอกว่า อร่อย ทานแล้วสบายใจ สุขภาพดีขึ้น" เป็นกำลังใจที่ดีที่สุดที่ทำให้ เพียว เป็น เพียวมาถึงทุกวันนี้

At Pure Organic Farm, we follow international organic farming principles and are certified by IFOAM and Organic Thailand. We have strict control and inspection processes in place, starting from seed selection, organic composting, and prevention of chemical contamination from neighboring farms.
Additionally, we use pure underground water that is tested annually for agricultural use and avoid using natural water sources or irrigation canals that may be contaminated with chemicals. We also have three levels of protection measures, including water ditches and soil dams to prevent contamination from other chemical farms, as well as tree barriers to prevent chemical drift from neighboring farms.
We ensure quality control and inspection throughout the entire process, from seed to packaging, to deliver the best organic products to our customers.
We also produce organic compost from farm materials and raise our own chickens in a closed-loop system to ensure no contamination from antibiotics or prohibited chemicals according to international organic standards.
Our composting process lasts for a minimum of 6 months to ensure complete fermentation, and we do not directly apply animal manure to the fields to prevent the presence of harmful bacteria.
We have a cutting, sorting, and packaging facility that meets GMP & HACCP Codex standards, and we conduct health and hygiene checks on our staff before they start work.
We also have the ability to trace the products back to the farm. Our products are transported in refrigerated vans to prevent contamination from road pollutants, such as exhaust fumes and PM 2.5 dust.
We only use food-grade packaging to ensure the highest level of safety for our customers. The entire storage process is carried out in controlled temperature rooms to prevent any foreign substances from contaminating the products and to maintain freshness. ออร์แกนิค (Organic) หรืออินทรีย์ ไม่ใช่แค่ไม่ใช้ยาฆ่าแมลง ยังมีข้อบังคับ กฎระเบียบที่ต้องปฏิบัติอีกมากมาย ยิ่งถ้าได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานต่างประเทศด้วยแล้วยิ่งมีข้อบังคับและกฎระเบียบอีกเป็นเท่าตัว อีกทั้งยังมีตรวจสอบทาง Lab ทั้งดิน ทั้งน้ำที่ทำการตรวจสอบโดยบุคคลภายนอกที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบจากต่างประเทศเท่านั้นไม่ใช่กลุ่มเกษตรกรซึ่งแตกต่างจากการมาตรฐานอินทรีย์ที่ใช้การรับรองกันเองในกลุ่มของเกษตรกรที่ เพียวออร์แกนิคฟาร์มเราดำเนินการ การเกษตรอินทรีย์ตามหลักสากล และได้รับรองมาตราฐานออร์แกนิคสากลด้วยความตั้งใจที่จะส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ออร์แกนิคที่ดีที่สุดสู่ผู้บริโภค เพียวออร์แกนิคฟาร์มได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน IFOAM และ Organic Thailand โดยมีการควบคุมและตรวจสอบทุกกระบวนการ ตั้งแต่การคัดเลือกเมล็ดพันธ์ุ การทำปุ๋ยหมักชีวภาพจากวัสดุธรรมชาติการทำแนวป้องกันสารเคมีจากแปลงอื่น การใช้แหล่งน้ำที่ได้รับการตรวจสอบว่าปราศจากสารเคมีปนเปื้อน ในการเพาะปลูก เก็บเกี่ยว จนส่งถึงมือลูกค้า
- ปลูกบนพื้นดิน ที่ปราศจากการใช้สารเคมี มากกว่า 10 ปี
- ใช้แหล่งน้ำบริสุทธิ์ใต้ดินลึกมากกว่า 100 เมตร ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบการปนเปื้อนในการเกษตรทุกปี ไม่ใช้แหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติ หรือคลองชลประทาน ซึ่งมีการปนเปื้อนของสารเคมีจากน้ำทิ้ง ในภาคครัวเรือนและภาคอุตสาหกรรม
- มีแนวป้องกัน 3 ระดับ ขุดคูน้ำและสร้างเขื่อนดินป้องกันการปนเปื้อนจากน้ำที่ชะหน้าดินของแปลงเกษตรเคมีอื่นๆ ปลูกแนวต้นไม้ป้องกัน 3 ระดับ สูง -กลาง-ต่ำ ป้องกันสารเคมีที่ปลิวมากับลมจากแปลงเกษตรข้างเคียงรอบพื้นที่ฟาร์ม
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ ตั้งแต่เมล็ดพันธ์ การปลูก การเก็บเกี่ยว การบรรจุ ทุกกระบวนการ จนถึงส่งมือลูกค้า
- หมักปุ๋ยชีวภาพจากวัสดุในฟาร์ม เราเลี้ยงวัว เลี้ยงไก่เอง ครบวงจร ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าไม่มีการปนเปื้อนจากยาปฏิชีวนะ ที่ทำให้เกิดเชื้อดื้นยาในคน ไม่มีการปนเปื้อนจากสารเคมีหนักที่ห้ามใช้ในระบบอินทรีย์ตามมาตรฐาน เกษตรอินทรีย์ระดับสากล โดยกระบวนการหมักจะต้อง ไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือน เพื่อให้เกิดการหมักที่สมบูรณ์ ไม่นำมูลสัตว์โดยตรงมาใส่ในแปลงเพื่อให้ไม่มีจุลลินทรีย์ที่ก่อโรคเหลืออยู่
- มีโรงตัดแต่ง แพค บรรจุ มาตรฐาน GMP & HACCP Codex มีการตรวจสอบสุขภาพ และสุขลักษณะของพนักงานก่อนปฏิบัติงาน ควบคุมสัตว์พาหะสามารถตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ย้อนกลับได้ถึงแปลงปลูก
- ขนส่งสินค้าด้วยรถตู้เย็นระบบปิดควบคุมอุณหภูมิ ป้องกันการปนเปื้อนจากมลพิษทางท้องถนนเช่นไอเสียจากรถยนต์ หรือเชื้อไวรัสต่างๆรวมถึงฝุ่น PM 2.5
- เลือกใช้ แพคเกจจิ้ง ฟู๊ดเกรดเท่านั้น เพื่อความปลอดภัยสูงสุดของลูกค้า
- กระบวนการจัดเก็บ สินค้าใช้ระบบปิดในห้องควบคุมอุณหภูมิทั้งหมด ป้องกันสิ่งแปลกปลอมที่สามารถปนเปื้อนสินค้าได้ และคงความสดใหม่ให้ลูกค้าได้
